Stop Motion in Adobe Premiere

Had an incident in which my software license for iStopMotion ran out while trying to teach my students about animation. This is an excellent program by the way for shooting stop motion frames straight into the Mac. It has an onion skin type function were you can space your moves based on the before and after frames.

I needed an alternative fast. I had Adobe Premiere already on my computer, but did not realize I could do similar functions (minus onion skin). A quick trip to YouTube remedied this problem.

Check out this excellent tutorial on bringing in still images from a DSL or any still camera into Premiere to view them as a movie sequence.
